Welcome to Distressed Property Investments. Since 1981, we’ve packaged and sold thousands of property investments to individual private investors looking for property as a pension, multi-million pound property funds and PLC’s. Some of our investors have been buying from us for over 20 years, in which time they’ve built up large profitable portfolios.
We offer genuine investment properties that have been negotiated and packaged by an established team of experts. Our team include a letting manager who used to work for one of the largest estate agents in the UK, an in-house Chartered Surveyor and our General Manager who was employed for 16 years at the Halifax Bank.

Every single property has been carefully selected to meet our stringent criteria and must pass our extensive checklist. For example, it must be of traditional build and in good condition. It must be in an area that mirrors the average UK House Price Inflation over the last 10 years as a minimum. We check that it isn’t affected by flooding. That the surrounding area isn’t in decline or has a high crime rate. What the local shopping, transport and leisure facilities are like.
With rent-backs, we check that the owners have sufficient income to comfortably pay the rent. We also insist that before they go ahead and agree to the terms of the lease, that they take professional advice and have their own solicitors act for them.
And, if it passes our due diligence, we than have a professional, independent valuation carried out on the property by a qualified local Chartered Surveyor.
